Terms and Conditions

 

  1. When signing to accept a quotation from Swiftclear you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of the sale.
  2. The “customer” or “you” stands for the person/company placing the order.
  3. These terms & conditions apply to all transactions between Swiftclear and the customer.
  4. All prices are quoted in £ Sterling and are subject to VAT at the current rate, unless otherwise stated.
  5. In respect to Service Agreement –
  6. The agreement will start on the date specified on the agreement form and continue for a minimum of 12 months.
  7. Following the initial 12 months the agreement will continue until the customer requests termination in writing to Swiftclear at the address supplied. Following receipt of the request, the agreement shall continue for one full invoicing quarter before finishing.
  8. In respect of Purchases or Short Term Works –
  9. Once authorisation has been given to Swiftclear to supply items or commence work, the customer is liable for any costs incurred by Swiftclear should you wish to cancel before completion.
  10. A multi visit short term work agreement will be invoiced after completion of the initial visit, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  11. All invoices supplied by Swiftclear are subject to full payment within 30 days of the issue date, unless a differing payment scheme is agreed at time of signing.
  12. In respect to a complaint –
  13. Should the customer have reason to complain about any of the services or products supplied by Swiftclear, the issue should be put in writing to us by post or e-mail, and Swiftclear shall be given a 30 day period to resolve the problem prior to any negotiations about credit or write off will commence.
  14. Complaints where the customer is requesting financial reimbursement will not be accepted by phone, in person or from a third party.

XI.  These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England as they stand at the time of issue.
